Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our national team in Saint Paul, MN. You will install and service smart home technology, evaluate homes for upgrades, and educate customers on system use.

We offer total compensation with an hourly base plus uncapped commissions, paid training, a take-home company vehicle, 4/10 work weeks, and incentives. Tools, licensing, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Sales or service-based sales experience preferred.
• Customer-first attitude and integrity.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growth opportunities through coaching and leadership training within our national organization.
