NRG Energy’s Vivint Smart Home team is seeking a Field Service Professional in Saint Cloud, MN. You will install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices, while guiding customers through product upgrades and service enhancements on-site.

A strong sales mindset helps you upsell solutions and protect homeowners’ peace of mind. You’ll join a national team with comprehensive training, tools provided, and a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented experience in retail or service-based sales.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport.
• Technical aptitude in installation or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new systems for ongoing protection.
