Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring Field Service Technicians to install smart home technology and upsell upgrades on-site nationwide. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security and automation solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install or similar tech is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes to recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on system usage to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership development within the organization.
