Job summary

EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will teach customers how to use the technology and offer additional services when helpful.

Maintain a clean work area, stay professional, and collaborate with the team to ensure a world-class customer experience. This role includes travel, on-the-road assignments, and a company vehicle with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel and rotate shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet health/weight requirements.
• Customer focus to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and varied weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service EchoStar/DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Educate customers on using their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
