Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes across the service area. You will teach customers how to use the technology and offer additional services when appropriate, while maintaining a professional appearance and safe work practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on installations, customer education, and team collaboration with optional advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must be able to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
