Job summary

EchoStar technicians visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, explaining how to use the technology and offering additional services.

You’ll work independently with a professional attitude, while staying connected with the team and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role includes travel, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within EchoStar.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and meet safety requirements
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to operate in varying weather conditions and spaces

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
