Job summary

EchoStar seeks an in-home technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ residences. You will educate customers on usage, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a professional, tidy work environment while collaborating with the team.

Eligible candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be flexible with shifts including evenings/weekends, and meet physical requirements for ladders and lifting.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a weight limit.
• Customer-focused and able to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes and install or service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and present a professional attitude while working independently.
