Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and actively promote upgraded solutions. You will serve as the face of Vivint, combining technical work with sales to provide total peace of mind for customers.

You will install devices, educate homeowners, and participate in a development path within a national organization, while enjoying a work-life balance with a 4/10 schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Pursue coaching and leadership development to advance within the national organization.
