Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is leading the nation in smart home security and energy solutions. As a Field Service Professional, you will install, service and support smart home technology, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering peace of mind.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform installations, and identify upgrade opportunities, all while working independently with support from a dedicated team.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to pass licensing requirements under applicable law.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn and use technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems, including cameras and smart locks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
• Identify service recommendations and referral opportunities when appropriate.
