Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH and smart home products in customers' homes. You will teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services while maintaining professionalism on the job.

Travel, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required. Eligible for paid training, benefits, and company-provided equipment. Growth opportunities exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; ability to drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Flexible to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirement.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
