Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes, helping customers understand and use their technology.

You will work independently yet stay connected with the team, maintaining a professional approach and a clean workspace. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and hands-on problem solving in varying environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
