Job summary

NRG's Vivint Smart Home division in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a Field Service Professional to install cutting-edge smart home tech and proactively identify and sell upgraded solutions at the customer site. This role blends technical installation with consultative sales and on-site customer education.

You will work in a dynamic national team environment with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, while enjoying a 4/10 schedule, a company vehicle, tools, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass post-offer background checks and licensing requirements per applicable law.
• Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Grow within the national organization through coaching and leadership training.
