Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Professional to install and service smart home technology at customer homes. You will identify and upsell upgraded solutions to provide peace of mind and security.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven approach with hands-on technical work, training, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized team. A company vehicle, tools, and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience helpful across retail, B2C, or service-based roles.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Experience with installation or service-related work is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Consultatively assess customer homes and upsell upgrades.
• Educate customers on system usage and safety features.
• Pursue coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
