Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify and sell upgraded solutions for total peace of mind. You will be the face of Vivint, with a take-home company vehicle, gas card, and clock-in from your driveway.

Qualifications

• A Sales Mindset is preferred with experience in retail, B2C, or service-based sales.
• Strong customer-first attitude and integrity in interactions with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude with comfort in installation and servicing smart home tech.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growth through coaching and leadership training within the national organization.
