Vivint, a leading smart home company, is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service security cameras, locks, and home automation systems. You’ll evaluate homes, upsell upgrades on-site, and train customers to maximize protection and convenience.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude; experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
• Growth: Benefiting from coaching and leadership training to move up within our national organization.
