Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, seeks Field Service Technician/Professional to install smart home technology and proactively up-sell upgraded solutions. You will represent Vivint, providing on-site installations, consultative selling, and customer education to ensure peace of mind.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, B2C sales, or service-based sales is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Evaluating customer homes to recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on using their new system to protect their families.
