Vivint Smart Home, a national leader in smart home technology, is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home systems. You will diagnose, install, and upsell upgrades at customer sites while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have a sales mindset and be comfortable with consultative selling.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and rapport-building abilities.
• Technical aptitude with experience in security/camera installation or related fields is helpful.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record; willing to pass background/licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems on-site.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their families.
• Participate in coaching and leadership development within Vivint’s national organization.
