NRG Energy seeks a Field Service Professional to install, service, and support smart home technology across customers’ homes. You will build trusted relationships, diagnose issues, and provide solutions that deliver peace of mind while working independently with daily collaboration from a supportive team.

Responsibilities include installations, troubleshooting, educating customers on features, and pursuing upgrades and upsell opportunities to maximize earnings.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to pass licensing requirements under applicable law.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems, including cameras and smart locks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
• Identify service recommendations and referral opportunities when appropriate.
