Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively upsell upgraded solutions. You will be the face of the company, delivering technical service while promoting additional products to enhance customers’ peace of mind.

The role includes comprehensive paid training, a take-home company vehicle with a gas card, a 4/10 schedule (including Saturdays), and tools, licensing, and device provisioning provided by Vivint.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Technical installation, maintenance or repair experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and security systems on customer premises.
• Evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on using their new system for optimal protection.
• Receive coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.
