Qualifications

• Experience in retail or B2C sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical installation experience in related fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems on-site.
• Conduct consultative sales to evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate customers on system usage to ensure protection and satisfaction.
• Participate in coaching programs to advance within the national organization.
