Job summary

Saint-Gobain Abrasives in the United States is seeking a senior BI professional to design and deploy standardized Power BI dashboards across operations and finance. You will standardize data, build analytics, and drive paperless, connected-factory initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps for plant connectivity, use predictive models, and quantify the impact on productivity and costs while expanding data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, industrial data, business intelligence, analytics, automation, or manufacturing engineering.
• Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, automated reporting, and legacy-report migration or integration.
• MES, SCADA, historian, industrial connectivity, or connected-factory implementation and support.
• Cross-functional project leadership, requirements translation, adoption, and multi-site support

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and sustain standardized Power BI dashboards and analytical reports for operations, finance, supply chain, purchasing, quality, Human Resources, and leadership.
• Develop roadmaps for machine connectivity, operator-facing applications, digital standard work, industrial data collection, and paperless transactions.
• Use statistical, predictive, and process models to identify losses, optimize parameters, and improve maintenance, supply-chain, quality, and operating decisions.
• Develop business cases and quantify operational and financial impact, including productivity, waste, inventory, downtime, labor, working capital, and cost.
