Job summary

This role partners with executive leadership to enable data-driven decision making at scale, deploy AI-powered insights, and establish governance, security, and self-service capabilities for a global user community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading globally distributed BI teams and enterprise analytics programs.
• Proven ability to drive governance, standards, and self-service analytics at scale.
• Strong communication and change-management skills in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI development, analytics engineering, and reporting platforms across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and corporate functions.
• Own Microsoft Fabric and Power BI platform strategy, architecture, governance, security, adoption, and operations.
• Drive modernization of legacy analytics environments with cloud-first approaches and platform consolidation.
• Establish enterprise governance for reporting standards, semantic models, data visualization, and citizen development programs.
• Lead adoption of self-service analytics through reusable semantic models and enablement frameworks.
