Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC seeks a Digital Systems Manager to drive the implementation of PowerBI, Tableau, Teams, SharePoint and other digital solutions across the AFCD business group. You will lead development of digital systems for manufacturing KPIs and continuous improvement, aligning with safety, quality and cost goals.

The role requires creating and maintaining dashboards, data models and data warehousing concepts, with hands-on leadership to foster change and sustain platforms across plants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / computer engineering / IT / data science or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital systems, data analytics or CI environments.
• Strong proficiency in building and maintaining data models and dashboards across BI tools.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and related data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CI team and cross-functional AFCD teams to create, maintain and optimize dashboards, reports and data models.
• Develop operating model management practices, skills, and tools as needs are identified.
• Enhance digital skills through training, coaching and development of team members.
• Support safety, quality, and production goals by leveraging digital platforms and KPI tracking.
