Job summary

AFL in Duncan, SC is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data models that drive manufacturing insights. You will work directly with operations to enable data-driven decisions and contribute to the company''s Operational Excellence initiatives.

Ideal candidates have foundational BI skills and are eager to grow in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization within a hybrid in-office work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Power Query (M language) and introductory-level DAX expressions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Identify, validate and integrate data from ERP, MES, manufacturing, quality, and other systems.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query and DAX.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Optimize report performance, data models, and refresh processes.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting data.
