Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Sales Representative for Smart Care in the United States. The role involves promoting and selling a comprehensive Smart Care platform to hospitals and healthcare providers, building executive relationships, and driving complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

You will work to identify opportunities, forecast pipelines, and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions that improve care quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Smart Care products to meet customer needs in a sales or clinical information technology setting.
• Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
• Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy to progress deals.
• Forecast and maintain necessary pipeline to support quota achievement quarter over quarter.
• Advance opportunities efficiently and with a sense of urgency through the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to build trust and close deals.
• Conduct solution-focused customer presentations, coordinating internal team involvement as needed.
• Ensure positive communication and collaboration with internal partners to maximize territory success.
