Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Patient Care to promote and sell Acute Care Patient Care solutions. You’ll engage surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, ensuring exceptional service and timely shipments while driving growth across bed frames, patient room furniture, and support surfaces.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, market awareness, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and support teams to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Care expert for surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Provide consultative customer service and ensure on-time, complete shipments.
• Focus on cost reduction and error-free, on-time shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market research, product launches, P&L management, and field testing.
