Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Smart Care to promote and sell its Smart Care platform to hospitals and healthcare providers. You will manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and drive orders while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

You will identify opportunities, plan territory strategies, and build senior-level relationships to close deals, with a focus on achieving quarterly sales quotas and delivering value to healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in sales or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Smart Care products to hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in the designated territory.
• Plan and implement territory sales strategies to progress deals.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline to achieve quarterly quotas.
• Build and maintain executive relationships from the C-suite to close deals.
