Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for its Smart Care platform to promote hands-free wearables, Engage workflow engine, and care.ai to hospitals and healthcare providers. You will build strong customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders to drive growth in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes territory development, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and the ability to close sales.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Smart Care products to meet customer needs in a sales or clinical IT setting.
• Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
• Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy to progress deals.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline to support quota achievement quarterly.
• Advance opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to close deals.
• Conduct solution-focused customer presentations with internal team involvement.
• Ensure positive communication with key internal partners to maximize territory success.
