Siemens AG in the Minneapolis area announces a Building Automation Service Sales Intern position for Summer 2027. The 10‑week program rotates through local departments focused on smart buildings and sustainability, with visits to branch offices and hands‑on exposure to sales and CRM processes.

You will work alongside Sales Managers, assist with lead generation, and help develop value‑based proposals while learning Siemens’ service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing majors in engineering or business with strong technical aptitude.
• Earliest graduation date: December 2027.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• Relocation: No relocation assistance or housing stipend is provided.

Responsabilités

• Work with Sales Managers and Sales Executives in the local branch.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide growth insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
• Engage in sales activities like prospecting, go-to-market, and building B2B relationships.
• Rotate through Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability Systems.
