Job summary

Siemens Building Automation internship in 2027 offers a 10-week program rotating through departments at local Miami and Orlando offices. As a Building Automation Service Sales Intern you will learn sales fundamentals by supporting lead generation, proposals, and CRM data.

You will rotate through Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability; requirements include undergraduate status and 40-hour weeks; pay ranges $24-$28 per hour; 401K eligibility provided.

Qualifications

• Must be current undergraduate enrolled at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business/Sales.
• Preferred: participation in sales-oriented clubs or certificates.
• Availability: able to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.
• Relocation: no relocation assistance provided.
• Work authorization: US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Managers and Sales Executives in the local office.
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data and ensure accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data to drive growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
• Engage in sales related activities (go-to-market, relationships, training).
