Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate student at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration, Sales/Marketing with strong technical aptitude.
• Availability: 40 hours/week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• Work authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship; visa programs not supported.
• Relocation: No relocation assistance or housing stipend provided; must work at the branch office/local area.
• Preferred: Participation in a school-sponsored sales engineering club/organization or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales Managers and Sales Executives within the local branch office.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to drive growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
• Rotate through core business segments: Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability Systems.
