Job summary

The role requires an Associate degree, 1+ year of project management experience, and knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP drawings, and industry protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; team-oriented with customer focus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• HVAC controls industry experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Ability to read MEP drawings, electrical, network and control diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate small to mid-size projects with financial impact up to $2.5M.
• Maintain project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and cost reviews.
• Ensure client satisfaction and accurate billing with the accounting team.
• Guide technical staff and manage change orders and close-out activities.
• Uphold safety policies and coordinate commissioning and documentation.
