Siemens AG in Worthington, OH is seeking a hybrid Project Manager to oversee multiple building automation projects. You will coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

The role requires PM experience in HVAC controls, ability to read MEP drawings, and proficiency with Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet. Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED and a US work authorization.

• On-the-job PM experience in HVAC controls or similar.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specs.
• Experience with Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; US work authorization.

• Evaluate project specs and create comprehensive schedules with the team.
• Own fiscal and managerial oversight for assigned projects.
• Ensure safety requirements are defined and followed per Siemens standards.
• Prepare and coordinate engineered submittals; align designs with project specs.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and participate in cost reviews.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure schedule and safety alignment.
• Conduct orientations and track resources; document changes.
