Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Project Manager at our Jacksonville, FL location to coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $2.5M. You’ll manage billing, job costs, and customer satisfaction while guiding technical staff and subcontractors.

The role requires an Associate degree, 1+ years of PM experience, and US work authorization. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Smart Infrastructure division.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 21+ with valid driver's license and Fleet Vehicle Program eligibility.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• 1+ years of project management or related experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects, $100K–$2.5M in value.
• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technical or administrative staff and coordinate subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Maintain project documentation and pursue change-order opportunities.
