Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment and support customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license; eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As Project Manager, coordinate and deliver multiple small to medium projects with budgets between $100K and $2.5M.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for project billing, cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide technical or administrative staff and act as a functional process resource.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and client relationships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate needs with the team.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and contracts; review plans and cost reviews.
• Provide project documentation including scope, drawings, specifications, and contacts.
