Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Associate degree in a relevant field.
• HVAC controls industry experience required.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications including electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal aspects of projects including billing and cost reporting.
• Lead and coordinate project team and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on subcontractor contracting and materials.
• Ensure safety policies and project documentation are maintained.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue change-order opportunities.
