Job summary

Siemens Smart Buildings Internship Program is seeking a Building Automation Solutions Sales Intern in Summer 2027. The program runs 10 weeks and rotates through multiple departments at the local Fremont/San Francisco branch.

You will work with Sales Managers and Executives, assist with lead generation, CRM data management, and preparation of proposals and reports, while learning sales techniques and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be current undergraduate student at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical Eng, Electrical Eng, Industrial Eng, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration/Sales & Marketing.
• Earliest Graduation Date: December 2027.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Building Automation Solutions Sales team with lead generation and account outreach.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data and track leads for accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
