Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Smart Building OT Manager to own strategy, governance and delivery for workplace technologies across North American office portfolios. You will oversee OT networks, BMS and energy systems, ensuring cyber security, compliance, and high availability.

You will supervise the MSP delivery, manage asset inventories, and drive data-led decision making for maintenance and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, building services, computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own OT strategy, governance, and change management for the client site.
• Manage OT network and cybersecurity compliance including CVE handling.
• Oversee OT MSP delivery and verify SLA metrics.
• Maintain asset inventory with firmware and location details.
• Lead data platform administration and integration efforts.
