Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an IT Field Specialist to serve as the technology expert for IoT-enabled systems across multiple apartment properties. You will manage internet connectivity, building access, cameras, and other smart systems, while guiding projects from site surveys to vendor coordination.

Based in the Denver area, you will collaborate with the Community Technology Group to optimize tech needs, prepare budget quotes, and ensure reliable IT services across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses.
• 5+ years experience in a technical field with low voltage cabling, AV systems, or Internet service providers.
• Strong LAN/WAN knowledge and experience managing technical projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review all IT/IoT systems on properties.
• Support Maintenance Supervisors/Directors and Property Managers in IT support.
• Manage projects and coordinate with vendors in assigned market.
• Prepare budgetary quotes for technology projects and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Dispatch technicians and manage IoT/Internet connectivity tasks.
• Document building systems in Equity's IoT database and create SOPs.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
