Job summary

Siemens Fremont, CA is hiring a Service Sales Executive to grow our Service Agreements business within Smart Buildings Automation. You will drive new orders, forecast opportunities, and expand the customer base across hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

You will lead strategic account plans, collaborate with field teams, and position Siemens as a leader in digital and energy services. Travel ~10% and in-office collaboration are expected to support account development.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication in English is required.
• Experience in building automation or energy services preferred.
• Ability to estimate and sell technical solutions and services independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals based on assigned quota for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and forecast order intake.
• Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization to recommend services.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
