Job summary

Tiara Yachts in Holland, MI is seeking a Small Part Repair Associate for the 1st shift, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday. You will restore surfaces, correct finish flaws, and ensure each boat leaves with a flawless finish.

You will use sanding, filling, buffing, gelcoat, putty, paint, and finishing materials, operating buffers, sanders, and spray guns. Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a high personal standard for quality.
• Experience with finishing tools such as sanders, buffers, or sprayers.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with working around chemicals, dust, and paint or gelcoat materials.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, surfaces, and assemblies for finish flaws or damage.
• Perform surface repairs using sanding, filling, and buffing techniques.
• Work with gelcoat, putty, paint, and other finishing materials.
• Use tools such as buffers, sanders, and spray guns to correct imperfections.
• Blend repairs into surrounding areas for seamless visual quality.
