Tiara Yachts in Holland, MI is seeking a Composite Technician. You will work hands-on with fiberglass, resins, and core materials to build boat foundations, ensuring strength and durability that lasts for decades on the water.

You’ll prepare molds, apply composites, and monitor curing while following safety protocols. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for this hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds and apply fiberglass using hand layup or vacuum infusion.
  • Measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materials.
  • Ensure even resin distribution and air removal with rollers and brushes.
  • Monitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grinding.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
