Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Leader to drive guest‑first service and oversee daily store operations in our smallest format stores. You will lead a team of hourly team members, delegate tasks, and ensure stock, pricing, and merchandising are accurate and aligned with store goals.

The role emphasizes delivering a consistent guest experience, coaching teammates, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment while supporting scheduling, training, and performance development.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering guest-focused service and maintaining operational standards.
• Strong communication skills, both for customers and team members.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate hourly team members.
• Capable of planning daily/weekly workloads and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and develop team members, assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Oversee stock levels, pricing accuracy, and merchandising in assigned departments.
