Job summary

Target in Selden, NY is seeking a Small Format Team Leader to ensure guest experience commitments are met while leading a team of hourly associates across front- and back-of-house operations. You will manage daily workload, stock levels, pricing and promotions, and coach team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments daily to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly team members, including coaching and evaluating.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy for assigned department(s).
• Assist with backroom and sales floor tasks and ensure safe, efficient operations.
