Job summary

Target's Small Format Team Leader in Washington, DC area leads guest service, stock accuracy, and daily operations in our smallest format stores. You will plan workloads, coach team members, and execute merchandising and pricing strategies to meet store priorities.

Based on your experience, you’ll coach hourly teammates, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while delivering an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Lead and coach hourly team members; interview, develop, and retain talent.
• Manage daily workload and plan merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate pricing across the department.
