Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Leader in Austin, TX to lead store operations, coach hourly team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage daily tasks, inventory, and pricing to meet sales goals, with emphasis on speed, accuracy and service.

You will implement efficient processes, supervise cash handling, and maintain safety compliance. Prior retail experience and strong communication are valued; 18+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly team members to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet store goals and labor needs.
• Oversee stock, pricing accuracy, and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup as needed.
• Model a safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
