Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking Repair and Tool Technicians to evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices. This role supports Tool Rental Centers in stores and repair centers, reviewing equipment for proper operation and demonstrating use when needed.

Technicians will handle day-to-day tool rental operations, write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and repairs, and ensure units are repaired, tested and ready for return to customers

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Provide service to store customers in Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers; demonstrate proper use as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the tool rental department and manage tool inventory.
