Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking Repair and Tool Technicians to evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices. This role supports in-store Tool Rental Centers and repair centers, handling customer contracts, invoices and equipment testing.

Technicians will maintain tool inventory, demonstrate proper use, and ensure repairs meet quality standards before units are returned to customers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Provide service to Tool Rental customers, including writing contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Maintain day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the tool rental department.
• Repair units and test quality of repairs before returning to the store.
