Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Provide service to store customers in Tool Rental, including writing contracts and invoices for rentals and repairs.
• Ensure tools operate properly and demonstrate use as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the tool rental department.
• In non-store locations, repair, test quality, and clean units before returning to the originating store.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all tools and manage tool inventory by repairing items as needed.
