Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking Repair and Tool Technicians to evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices in Tool Rental Centers and repair facilities. You will ensure repairs meet quality standards and assist in-store rental contracts and invoices.

You will maintain tool inventory, test repaired units, and help keep the workshop organized to support fast, reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of tools and their repairs.
• Ability to maintain tool inventory and repair tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Support in-store Tool Rental contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, and returned to the repair origin location.
• Maintain the day-to-day operation and upkeep of equipment in the Tool Rental department.
